Mechanical Design

The process of transforming abstract concepts created from ideas and visions into tangible designs. Regarding a product, it involves meeting requirements such as functionality, color, dimensions, performance, and aesthetics within defined constraints to create a manufacturable product

Within this scope, our Mechanical Design department, with its team of experts, provides services primarily in the design of original products, as well as mechanical and electromechanical solutions for domestic and international civilian, defense, and aerospace companies. They design platforms and subsystems, ensuring that these designs comply with military and aerospace standards, and, if required, their production is also carried out

In addition, support is provided for existing products in areas such as design and production optimization, troubleshooting, design and fabrication of test setups, and completion of testing.

Simulation

We specialize in simulating the flight dynamics of desired aircraft, VTOLs, UAVs, drones, and similar systems using open-source flight simulation software. The purpose of our company in developing simulation systems is defined as follows

To provide a system capable of performing SWIL (Software-in-the-Loop) tests for flying platforms and autopilot software that have completed R&D or are still under development
To provide a system capable of performing HWIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) tests for flying platforms and autopilot electronics that have completed R&D or are still under development.
Pilot Training
To make dynamic modifications on the platform according to operator requests (such as changing the center of gravity, aerodynamic center, or wing structure).
